Partner, founder of the Firm. Lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He has extensive experience in national and international litigation and arbitration. He has represented companies in the insurance and mining sectors in arbitration tribunals in Shanghai, Singapore and London. He was a member of the Drafting Commission of the National and International Arbitration Law (Law 1563 of 2012). Professor of Civil Liability in undergraduate courses and of Civil Liability Insurance in the Specialization of Insurance Law at Universidad Javeriana. He is currently the Director of the Specialization and Master's Degree in Insurance at the same University. He is a national and international arbitrator of the Chamber of Commerce and member of the ICC subcommittee.
Armando Gutiérrez Villalba

Specialist in Insurance and Administrative Law from Universidad Javeriana. He is a professor of Administrative Law and of the Specialization and Master's Degree in Insurance Law at the Universidad Javeriana. National and international arbitrator of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá. Judge of the first section of the Administrative Court of Cundinamarca.

Lina Juliana Sánchez Landazábal

She has represented companies in the insurance sector as well as companies in the health, pension and labor risk sectors in multiple judicial and arbitration proceedings. He has represented Allianz, Suramericana, Mapfre, BBVA, Liberty, Panamerican, Colmena, HDI, among other insurance companies in contractual and non-contractual liability proceedings. Since the beginning of her professional career, she has worked as a lawyer of the Firm for more than 20 years. She was an assistant professor of obligations at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Marco Antonio Zuluaga Rodríguez
Partner of the Firm. Javeriano Javeriano lawyer linked to the Firm since 2008, with extensive experience in national litigation and arbitration, specifically in the defense of the interests of companies in the (re)insurance and banking sector. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked for several years in the legal management of Allianz Seguros S.A. He is a specialist in Procedural and Tax Law from Universidad del Rosario and holds a Magna Cum Laude Master's Degree in Insurance Law from Universidad Javeriana. Professor of General Theory of Evidence at Universidad Javeriana since 2017. He is currently a professor of Comparative Law in the Insurance Law Specialization at Universidad Javeriana, and of the Insurance module in the International Business Specialization at Universidad de los Andes.
