He represents Allianz, Suramericana, Bolívar, Mapfre, AIG, ACE, BBVA, RSA, Generali, among other insurance companies, in court proceedings regarding contractual and non-contractual liability. Also he represents companies from the real sector as TERPEL, COLTABACO, EQUION and others, in same kind of court proceedings. He has also acted on behalf of contractors and guarantors in administrative proceedings for declaration of defaults related with public works (Bogota- Girardot concession, Viaduct Carrera Novena in Bucaramanga and others), as well as litigation before the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction. He is professor of Administrative Law and Insurance Law in undergraduate and postgraduate programs at Javeriana University. Arbitrator of the Chamber of Commerce.
