Partner, founder of the Firm. Javeriano Lawyer. He has extensive experience in national and international litigation and arbitration. He has represented companies in the insurance and mining sectors in arbitration tribunals in Shanghai, Singapore and London. He has represented Allianz, Suramericana, Mapfre, AIG, ACE, BBVA, RSA, Generali and other insurers in contractual liability proceedings. He was a member of the drafting committee of the national and international arbitration law (law 1563 of 2012). Professor of Civil Liability in undergraduate courses and of Civil Liability Insurance in the Specialization of Insurance Law at Universidad Javeriana. He is currently the director of the Specialization and Master's Degree in Insurance at the same University. He is a national and international arbitrator of the Chamber of Commerce and a member of the ICC subcommittee.
