He has represented Allianz, Suramericana, Bolívar, Mapfre, AIG, ACE, BBVA, RSA, Generali and other insurance companies in contractual liability proceedings, as well as companies in the real sector, such as TERPEL, COLTABACO, EQUION and others, in proceedings of the same type. He has also intervened in defense of contractors and guarantors in administrative proceedings for declaration of non-compliance related to public works (Bogotá- Girardot concession, Carrera Novena Viaduct in Bucaramanga and others), as well as in litigation before the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction. He is a professor of Administrative Law and Insurance in undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Universidad Javeriana. Arbitrator of the Chamber of Commerce.
